New week, new manicure… or almost. Last week I was invited to the press release party of the new collection of nail stickers designed and marketed by the young brand NailPatchMe.

NailPatchMe is a brand created this year by two sisters Nina and Sarah surfing on the trend of nail art. The concept is stickers to color your nails quickly, easily and make it trendy. There is something for everyone with the collection that was presented to us. 4 collections, different colors, various designs in 2D or 3D, matte or glossy.

The party was held last Thursday, November 8, at the Atelier store which is a concept store that gather in one place clothing, fashion accessories, the corner of a nail artist Paolina and a barber shop.

As agirly evening, we had a buffet of macaroons and cupcakes but I was came to discover the famous stickers….

Workshops were offered to pose stickers of our choice and other products of the brand: the eyeliner patch and the patch for lips. For the nails, I chose a pattern that fits me perfectly with pink and dots: the boudoir. I gave a bit of trouble for the team NailPatchMe, they were 2 to remove my glitter polish I wore the previous days.

After the workshop dedicated to nails, I let myself tempted by the eyeliner patch with rhinestones and here is the result. My opinion? It seems rather easy to set it up and if you feel discomfort the first few minutes, it quickly dissipated. I think this is a good solution for those who fail to properly draw the line of eyeliner. However, the patch may be a little too thick / rigid and folds that form the corner of the eye are quite remarkable.

And even if it was completely crazy, I got the leopard patter lips patch… So I confess that if I find the principle very interesting, this product is designed to target younger or simply funnier than me. I’m too classical or reserved for a product as resourceful.

Regarding the stickers for nails, I’m pretty happy. It is perfect for women who are not particularly detailed and are afraid or don’t have time to do nail art. For my part, I will be very tempted by the 3D models for a marriage between nail art and nail patch. Here the photos were taken this afternoon while it was set up on Thursday evening and as you can see it is still pretty good.

Pros:
– Patterns varied and fashionable
– Easy to set up
– Repositionable stickers
– The sheet is composed of 20 stickers in 10 different sizes

Cons:
– I haven’t nails very large then the first 3 sizes are too large for me
– The patterns are not always weel positioned for very short nails. This is not the case for all models but it is the case for the boudoir. I don’t think my nails are very short and yet the little bow that should be on the tip of the nail is cut on my finger

I left the party with a sheet of stickers offered by NailPatchMe then I’ll test the set up by myself very soon! And then I’ll edit in a few days to tell you how long I keep them.
