Following the series dedicated to the so called pink city. After landing, we headed to the hotel to drop off our lugages. After the first stop, we started our little tour of Toulouse on the Place Jeanne d’Arc. Friday morning, there was a market for fruits and vegetables which began just a few meters. It was fortunate we had the munchies!

After devouring our punnet of strawberries, we headed to the Basilica St. Sernin.

At the end of the Basilica, we took the direction of the Capitol. We crossed the rue du Taur which is usually animated by the street shops but now with the bad weather there were not many people … 
And here we are Place du Capitole. A very pretty square lined with trades and catering establishments. Like many tourists, it was fun to find our astrological sign in the ground.
