Restaurant New test at Café Cantante

This year, my friends and I became lazy: instead of testing new addresses for our dinners between girls, we more likely return to previously visited restaurants. And early July, before I left for Greece with my love, I returned to Café Cantante hoping not to be as disappointed as the last time. You remember, there was one and a half year I wrote about Café Cantante like a good plan to eat good paellas and unfortunately we came back a few months later, they served dishes visibly warmed and very dry and blow very unappetizing. Despite the disappointment, we went back!

Taste of the meal Unlike many establishment, at Café Cantante we can order paella without a minimum. We were 3 having dinner and we decided to test 3 different paellas: mixed paella with seafood and chicken, paella with chorizo and paella with rabbit and beans.

Unlike last time, we were had freshly cooked paellas. Mixed paella was pretty well stocked although less if we had the paella for two. Rice had a iodized  perfume as if we were in the sea!

Paella with rabbit and beans was surprisingly good. The rice had a delicious flavor and a very pronounced although not strong taste. A very nice discovery.

For cons, I was disappointed by the paella with chorizo I found less fragrant than others and without much interest.

Service That night, the weather was good and the Parisian were out: the restaurant was almost full and we waited a long time before being served. Fortunately we were not rushed and we had things to say! For the setting and the price, please refer to my previous article. Things are much the same.

Conclusion That evening, we were glad to give a new opportunity in this restaurant. We can believe that to have fresh food, it’s better to come the days of high attendance level.
